Northway financial services said I would get a loan from them. At no time during our phone conversion did they mention anything about fees. Yesterday my bank printed out a one page statement for me that showed this company took 207.32 and 207.33 out of my account.

The transactions were back to back, meaning they must have put the electronic payments through at the same time. I have not, to this day, seen the loan materialize. I also did not authorize these withdrawals. I have the paper to prove what I am saying.


I want my money returned. Due to this unfortunate incident, I have closed out my account, fearing that they will attempt to do this again. I do not wish to give them my new account number, because I am afraid they will resume the withdrawals. I want the money returned to me in the form of a certified check. Hopefully it won't be a counterfeit one.

This was a scam from the outset.

There was no loan and there was never going to be one.

ACH debits can normally be reversed within 60 days of the transaction.

Talk to your bank.
