Northwest Custom Precision 6 months and no parts Springfield Oregon

 NWCP advertised  more than a dozen Rockethub crowdfunding campaigns that grossed more than $20K -$50K each, and offered a 90 day lead time on advertised parts.

After 120 days from my order / payment date, they still needed more time, and refused to offer a firm delivery date. At 180 days they responded to my inquiry on their facebook page by blocking me. I had to dispute the charges with my bank, and given the  4 month + interval, Chase bank refused to charge back over $200, half of my payment to NWCP. I threatened a civil suit, they responded with a refund.

  BBB has 19 reported claims against this company.  There is no excuse for poor customer service, with pre paid parts orders.
