I was scanning the web looking for a gift for the better half, and stubbled upon this web site. I had some questions about products and shot off an email to have it returned promptly. I had problems with placing an order and sent back word to the web site and again got contacted right back, helping to instruct me through the process .Having had such great response, I assumed that everything was Kosher and ordered a $25.00 gift that was suppose to be 2 pipes. Shortly after ordering I wanted to upgrade the shipping to be able to get the gifts here in time for Valentine's Day, so I shot off another email. To which I had no response, about 2 days later the $25.00 was taken from my checking account, so again I assumed my products were on their way to me, so no problem. I ordered on Thursday the 8th of February Order Number: 15569 I tried to sign back on to the web site on Wesnesday Febuary 14,2007 just to have my password and user id # changed I sent another email stating I placed an order, my id number was changed, asking where my order is, where my money is and have never got a response. I was actually looking for their website when I found this site stating that you guys have been duped just as I have by a Fraud! After reading your statements it's just the same treatment they did to me and some are years old, again arrising the question, Why are these people still allowed to still from individuals, has anyone contacted the news there is Washington or the BBB? Surely in the era of Media and Reality T.V. something can be done to a two bit con.
