We contracted with Norvergence for a five year period of unlimited free calling services with the equipment rental to be leased from Studebaker Worthington. Norvergence recently filed bankruptcy and thousands of people are holding leases for hundreds of thousands of dollars for equipment that is now totally useless without the services Norvergence was to provide.
We are interested in finding out if a class action law suit has been filed against Studebaker Worthington and if so how can we become a part of it? Any information you can provide us with will be greatly appreciated.
