Even if Norvergence liquidates in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, the questionable practices of the company, of the company's executives and, of the consultants should be investigated. Hopefully the Federal Communications Commission, and, other federal, state and city government agencies will keep a situation like this from happening again.
To start, here are the telephone numbers to two individuals at the Federal Communications Commission who are familiar with Norvergence, Inc.
(((Info redacted as per request of the FCC see below info from the FCC)))
If you are a former Norvergence employee, you may want to tell them what you know about questionable (or out-right fraudulent) decisions made by the company's executives and consultants. You may want to name the executives and the consultants. You may want to send the FCC your scripts.
If you are a customer, you may want to tell them the following: how you were approached, how you were pitched, what you understood, and what you received. (You may also want to contact Dan Baldwin of www.TelecomAgent.org at 909-245-6877)
Hopefully others will post the names and telephone numbers of other federal, state and city government agencies that may want to look into this matter.

more appropriate avenues for individuals to file complaints here at the FCC
AUTHOR: Emmitt - (U.S.A.)

There is information in this report post on your website that is inaccurate. Two individuals have been inappropriately named as FCC contact people re Norvergence. The link appears below:
We would appreciate it if you could please remove the above names and phone numbers soon as possible.
There are more appropriate avenues for individuals to file complaints here at the FCC.
The FCC was reorganized four years ago and, as a result the proper place to make a complaint at the FCC is our Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB). They have their own page on the FCC website at http://www.fcc.gov/cgb
If you want to file a complaint electronically, go to CGB's front page and click on "Complaints: Filing a Complaint with the FCC is easy." If you would prefer not to use their form, but want to send your complaint to CGB by e-mail, their e-mail address is fccinfo@fcc.gov -- and if you want to make a complaint by telephone, call CGB toll free at 1-888-CALL-FCC. If you would prefer to send your complaint in by Fax, fax it to CGB at 1-866-418-0232. Finally, the mailing address is: FCC, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554.

Here is information of another federal agency that you may want to call to report not only NorVergence, but also the leasing company (financial institution) that NorVergence used to finance your Matrix box as well.
The Federal Trade Commission (redacted as per request of the FCC see below)
NorVergence customers, the more of you who open reports, the stronger the case against NorVergence and the financial institution may be.
Former NorVergence employees, your information may help too. Feel free to contact the FTC as well.
