NorVergence - No Answer File a Missing Persons Report. Rip-off! Overland Park Kansas

After meeting a Screening Manager through the least professional scheduling call I had low expectations. The Screening Manger seemed competent. As requested we gave him our phone information and he promised to evaluate the account and call back. He did. He said NorVergence could save us money on T-1s, local and Long-Distance and cell phones. He said they would buy out existing contracts, get our T-1 switched, and reduce the rates on cell phones.

Then he set up an appointment without a time. And then he disappeared. Messages left with him on his cell phone were not returned. The main number is on voice mail. It seems that Company disappeared over the holiday weekend or is suffering from a tremendous hangover. In an industry plagued by poor service and shoddy sales tactics, these guys are setting new lows.
