This company has deducted $49.95 from my Visa credit card account and I have no idea what it is for. There is another deduction of $19.95 being taken from my checking account as electronic funds transfer-payment (these charges are going to Ap9*24protectplus 800-211-97CT (???) When I initially contacted my credit union inquiring as to the Ap9*....they were actually able to give me a phone number to contact. When contacted it led to speaking with the supervisor who informed me she could not tell me what company was doing this but that I had apparently made a purchase on the internet and their company was taking care of some type of "protection coverage" -- she was unable to give me much more information but promised to reverse the charges on my account, only to find that several days later there was not a credit but another debit taken for the same amount of $19.95 for this same Ap9*.....

Just this week I see that on 12/10/08 this CHrpay.com/Pandora 12024369063 DF has charged 49.95 to my Visa card.

The only thing I can remember that could have happened, since there are NO charges to either my debit or Visa that indicates I've purchased anything on the internet -- which I avoid in the first place, is......one evening while on my computer I got a big message saying my computer was in fatal risk of being infected if I did not update my virus protection. It appeared very official with Microsoft logo and everything. Even after shuting down, every time I logged back on this message incessantly appeared until I thought it was offically from MS and followed through loading new protection for my computer giving my credit card for the charge of $49.95. Later I contact MS from my computer explaining this experience and asking them if it was from them and have received no answere as of this date..............Very scarey and I'm in the middle of digging deeper to find out what's going on. I absolutely could not do anything on my computer until I followed the instructions of this very official appearing MS network advisory that my computer was at risk. Ha!
