I paid $9.00 for a trial sample of moisture cream. My account before i turned that card off had been hit twice. one from a MBC Online for $89.94 then again from KR Advertising for $84.97 WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. I just called them and the lady who could hardly speak english tried to tell me that i should have called her within 14 days.
I told her NO I only ordered the sample i did not authorize you to remove any more money. I told her to reverse the charges back to my account or i shall report this to Everyone Please tell everyone not to purchase from Nouveau Beauty Products they are dishonest. This lady admitted they took my money then she would not talk and when i asked her to give my money back ASAP the phone went dead.
