Nouveau Restor Skin Cream Claim free trial - but not Orlando Florida

Website claims free trial of the product and you pay shipping.  I signed up and then was charged approximately $90.00 for "free sample" received.  Once I saw the charges on my account I called and was "yes maamed" to death regarding my frustration.  I was finally sent to a Supervisor who was just as rude and was told the "small print" states if I don't cancel within 14 days - not even enough time to test the product - then I would be charged full price.  I argued but was basically told nothing they can do.  I started looking on line and see that MANY people have had the same experience with the company.  It is simply disgusting, as the customer, I am penalized.  I made sure everything was cancelled but, unfortunately, was still charged $180.00 for the product, plus $5.00 each for the shipping.  Simply sickening.
