Nouveau Skin Care & Tranquille Eye Mask Scam, bait and switch, low bad products that burnt your skin Santa Ana CA 92799 CA

Me and my friend order each set each. We don't like the products cause they burnt my skin. anyway, then we received each set each after about a month later, which we did not order. yet, they just took the money from our credit cards. 

I tried to call them, the first time was a lady try to convince me to keep them and get the 50
% money return. I declined it and asked a return address, I sent both packages back by FedEx but got returned/rejected.

So, I called them the second time, waited for 30 minutes, finally gave in, machine confirmed my cell phone number and promised will call back.

I did receive a call by a "coffee reparing" guy.....etc 

I will talk with my bank......
