Same thing happened to me , just different agent. We are all victim. Other hand, we are all nice person which trust people to much. Trash company is in every industry, just be very careful with whom you deal with. Lost few thousand dollars very easy with nova merchant. They laugh at you. It is ok . Let them be that way. They are like baby does not know what means bad and good . Later they will be caught in same situation , they will know what they have done to us.
