I ordered a face cream advertised for $5.95.

I was charged $51,50 when I received my credit card bill.

I called and told them I didn't want it and would not pay for it

They agreed and I cancelled that credit card and got a new one where the amoung was listed plus a late fee.

I don't intend to pay this

Nova Skin Sciences LTD I ordered the skin trial and paid the postage. I tried to cancel the subscription. They couldn't find my name anywhere. I have now received and been charged for another jar of the cream. How can I turn this off, if they can't find my name in their files? I want to stop it!!

Nova Skin Sciences LTD. I purchased what was suppose to be a trial offer with only paying shipping ...instead I was charged $103.00 for one and $109.00 for the other...this caused my bank account in the negative so there for was charged an additional $30.00 for insufficient funds...I intend to get my money back with further actions if need be...this is FALAST ADVERTISEMENT! Not happy...Have emailed them twice and left my phone number have not had any response from them at all...I intend to take further actions Nationwide
