If you are looking for "novelty" ID, fake ID, or whatever you want to call it, make sure you steer clear of a company based out of Cyprus called "Novelty ID Factory".

The guy who runs this site is named Andreas Socratous. He has a very official looking site, even offering to mail "samples" out to you.

He wants money sent via Western Union, and promises the "new you" will arrive in a few days. I wired $167 US to him on August 25th, and now on September 14th, I still haven't received anything. I twice e-mailed him asking for my status and he doesn't even bother responding to e-mails.

Whatever you do, avoid this guy and avoid his site. He is a con man and will just take your money.

J.R.......NEVER use Western Union to purchase anything..This is the first sign of a scam!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 14, 2006

J.R.,

Keeping in mind that buying, selling or even possessing fake id's is a crime, you have no real complaint here as you engaged in illegal activity and lost your money.

I have an idea! File a police report for the theft of your funds!

Western Union should NEVER be used as a means to purchase anything. There is no recourse at all in a dispute.

Lesson learned. Move on.
