1st -- They increase charges and "services" on a monthly basis WITHOUT NOTICE OR AUTHORIZATION. Its insane the amount they charge.

2nd - I asked for my account to be cancelled in 2011. I was told it would be. Found out I was still being charged. Sent in ANOTHER cancellation, and was charged $250 "early termination" fee because they had auto-renewed my account FOR 3 YEARS after the initial expiration in April, 2011.

They refuse to take responsibility for their predatory practices and threaten to report to the credit agencies. DO NOT do business with these people!
