Second letter I have received from NPRC (National Prize Entry Reporting Center). Both stating for a fee of $19.99 they can confirm my idenity to win $1,250,000 (one million two hundred fifty thousand dollars).
This letter is more official looking and has another page with it for you to sign and send back in. The envelope is also more official and states on it "Locate to Deliver". "Office of Preparation Delivery" "Important Enclosures contain Typed Papers regarding the Individual Intended now on Record".
After you read through all of this and get all excited. You turn the first page over and read it and it tells you in a long round about way that it is not an entry for a sweepstakes, and you must refer to the specific rules for that sweepstakes. You do not need to purchase the Report to enter any sweepstakes.
