NRG Binary We have a trading Account with NRG Binary. I have tried Several Times to withdraw the funds but the company is not processing the withdrawal request in violation of the agreement. Internet

I have been trading with NRG Binary since this past summer, when I oppened an trading account. The company assign a

brocker to my account.

Everything seems to be working right when placing trades. I was winning in the mayority of the trades placed.

Then when I decided to withdraw the profits from the account. I filled a withdrawal request with the company. 

I also e-mailed to the compliance department all the withdrawal documents required as the agreemeny said.

They aknowledge the receipt of the document and sent and confirmation e-mail that they received the documents and

that the withdrawal documents are completed.

Acording to the agreement we have to wait about 7 to 10 days for the completion of the withdrawal request. But the time

pass and when I checked the history, the process was still pending. I have been waiting for the completion of this

transaction since septenber 23,2014 and they have no taken any action.

I sent several e-mail to customer support and they are not responding to them. NRG Binary have brockers in NY so I will

also file a report to the FBI for further Investigation.

I know the name of the brocker. If NRG doesn't take action and refund my money, I will ask the FBI to go and prosecute

the brocker and the company trough the interpol.

I will give aditional time to NRG to process the withdrawal request. But if they still with the same pattern of not

responding for the withdrawal request placed, We will take action.
