In 2006 my wife and I saw an advertisement on TV being narrated by Erik Estrada from the show CHIPS saying great opportunity to purchase Land in Bella vista in Arkansas which was sponsored by NRP National Recreation Properties.
(a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas) The offer included free airfare and hotel if you purchased a property in Bella vista area.
After being toured around and driven in a car to view the lots my wife and I decided to make a real estate investment in Bela vista for $36000.
Over 11 years past years have gone bye, and my wife and I decided to sell the property that we paid cash for.
I picked up the phone on 8/12/2017 and spoke with a local Bela vista relator to sell my property and he had said that NRP National Recreation Properties had gone. She also went on to say the county had only appraised the property at $5,000!! and I heard that I’m not the only one. We have more innocent hard working families around the us that their saving destroyed by those greedy b*****d.
To say the least, I am disgusted and angry. With greedy NRP National Recreation Properties, I will pursuing legal action with NRP National Recreation Properties . If you are in a similar situation as I am, please do not hesitate to report your situation to Ripoff report and we will put together a class action suit against NRP National Recreation Properties for this outrageous rip-off! And let stop these greedy Basted once for all.
