AS to people being "SUPPOSEDELY TOO BUSY (?)
I'll just say this is reply to your comment..
People have waaay more things to worry about in there lives other than have to watch the callender for magazine renewals.. you understand that??
My house payment date.. my car insurance payment date... my electric bill due date is FAAAAR more important than
having to try an beat a fraudulent magazines deadline bud. Further more..
If this company was so "reputable" then why don't they send out the AGREED renewal slips like they SAY THEY WILL DO at the end of your FREE TRIAL period???? I get renewals for everything.. I get payment due notices EVERYDAY!!! why should this reputable company be any different?? I get a renewal for my newspaper after 3 months.. Why is this company any
different?? can you answer that?? This company does not run a tight ship.. the reason they don't send out notices is because thats an ADDED expense.. Because we can all see they are crooks and are only out for money..not customer service or customer satisfaction ( BY FAR!) or anything else for that matter.. the only interest this company has of me is HOW MUCH MONEY
it can steal of my credit card... you really should find a different , more reputable company to "SUPPORT"

all the magazine promotions that are offered stat very clearly that they will recieve a post card notifying them of the renewal but we can't guarentee that all our customers will recieve these cards so its up to the customer no matter how busy they all supposedly say have to take the responsibilty to check on the magazines themselves we're not going to hold their hand all the way through. another as just stated in this claim i've
just read what number did the customer call i bet you they called the number on the magazine they recieved from the publisher. and publisher is the key word here they are not connected to our company yes we do business with them but if you cancel the magazine with them it doesn't not stop the
charges from going through you have to call our company for that cause we're the company who has your magazine order. thats is all for right now there are other areas i can cover but i'll leave it at this for now.
thank you
