I recently started receiving two magazines that my husband and I have absolutely no interest in, and would never....in a million years have ordered. Lo and behold charges for the two magazines appeared on my First USA VISA card. I used the phone number on the card (found under the two charges), and tried to cancel the subscriptions (which I had never made in the first place).
After dialing the phone number, a recorded message comes on, asking for a code number. I used the code number on the credit card charge (for the magazines), but the automated service said that it is invalid! There are absolutely NO options on the USS phone's automated service, to talk to a person.....so obviously, there is no way to cancel the subscription.
