NTB Tire and Battery Contacted headquarters in Florida. They refunded me $65  and no further action was taken. Turnersville New Jersey

NTB Tire and Battery inquired about sale of "Get 2 tires free when you Buy 2 Tires!" The location was NTB Tire and Battery in Turnersville N.J. back in March of 2018. Was quoted $358.00 for the two tires! Haggled over the price, and got a $293.00 quote for the tires! I asked "Where are the Free Tires?"

He said that was the best he could do! I said what about one tire then? He told me $83.17! I complained that was still high for a P185-70R14, one of the most common tires in the world, found on many cars with 4 cylinder engines. I agreed and he mounted the one tire . I later purchased 2 tires from SEARS and an alignment for $205.00! That was $50.00 per tire!

I asked them to put the NTB tire in my trunk as a new spare. upon removal of the spare a month later I discovered a razor cut in the tread about half the way around the tire! The manager cut my tire because I did not go for his "Bait and Switch Price!" Returned to NTB and they refused to replace the tire or refund my money! They accused me of cutting the tire myself!
