took money from my account when i spoke to someone at phone # given, they were extremely rude and told me i would have to pay regardless of the fact that a reletive who is a minor used my account without my permission, apparently this is my problem and not theirs. i will pursue refund through my bank, nubodi told me i shouldn't bother they have every right to take my money.
