NuDigital Marketing, Inc. NuDigital Media Non-Compliance, Non-Delivery of Services, Incomplete Work Roseville California

After signing contracts for services, paying a very large down payment and agreeing to montly charges, the agreed upon deliverables from NuDigital Marketing became obsolete. I was passed off to a young kid to do my logo/branding, who has absolutely no experience in Marketing and complete lack of communication and follow up. 

In correspondence, their "billing department" incorrectly spelled my email address and for months was sending invoices to the wrong address, thus accumulating non-forgiven late fees. The issue was resolved, yet the fees were not.

In addition, it has come to our attention that a Owner of this Company, Michael Peterson, has previously been incarcerated for embezzlement and has had several encounters with local businesses and lack of performance and delivery of services.

In a final attempt to cancel services, Michael Peterson responded with a refusal and gained legal counsel against my small business.

I hope that my experience causes people to think twice before doing any business with this Company or its affiliates, as it has been incredibly awful and we have lost a lot of hard earned money.
