NUF AD Ins LOTSolutions Program Asministrators for Natl Union Fire Insurance Co of Pittsburgh,Pa My mother passed away Dec 13,2012 at 91 yrs old they took $16.50 each mon out of her checking, now they are telling me she had no benefucuary stated so any check for this policy would be made out to her Internet

My mother passed away on December 13,2012 at age 91 yrs old

They took $16.50 each month out of my mothers checking account at US Bank for life insurance

It was stated as Accidental Life Insurance

She died from a fall it was shown on the death certificate as such I received the insurance papers & filled them out with the information requested

I mailed the insurance forms back from the post office on December 27,2012

They are telling me they never received the insurance forms back

They stated there was no beneficiary shown I am a only child she was divorced

She lived with me and my husband

When I called about the claim they told me any check for payment would be made out to my mother even though she is deceased and I wouldn't be able to cash it unless I went to court

I cannot get any information from them even on the amount of insurance this deduction from her checking account was for

If she would have received a form to assign a beneficiary I would have seen it I took care of all her mail

She paid for this insurance for years and was proud she was leaving me some insurance money

I am not getting any satisfaction from their claims department now I am reading where this is a fraud

Please help

My mother would roll over in her grave if she knew the problems I am having getting this money and that she was possible taken for a ride
