My aunt was called by this company she was offered insurance. My aunt told them no she did not want the insurance. The rep told her that she would send her some information on it. My aunt said that was fine. 5 months later my cousin noticed two withdrawls from my aunts account this was happening everymonth. Not only were they taking money out for the insurance they were taking money out for some credit card protection scam. we are very upset because Bank Of America is the one who gave this third party company her information and acess to her account. This is how B of A takes care of their customers.
