I once was a independent managing representative for NuLegacy International, all I can say is that their business opportunity is a scam, they want you to buy all these brochures and postcards, and business cards, and prescription cards so that you can give away their free prescription card and make a commission of $.50 per prescription filled using your card, they also con you into recruiting others to do the same. Well for starters all they want you to do is spend money here and there all on your supplies.

Then you are suppose to contact employers, churches, and doctor's offices to ask permission for them to distribute your prescription cards to their employees/or patients. I used the prescription card once and it only saved me a $1.00, I had 50 other people use the card and it only saved them $1.00 as well. Bottom line is that they claim this prescription card will save you up to 75% off your prescriptions, well that's bogus. Its just a big pyramid scheme that involved spending alot of your money and not making a profit. When I contacted employers and doctor's offices none of them were interested in the cards for their employees and or patients. Probably a good thing, because its not worth your time.

I strongly urge anyone that is thinking about joining NuLegacy International to not even consider it, but the amount of time and money you have to spend in order to make a profit just doesn't make sense. If employers and doctor's office aren't willing to give the prescription cards a shot for their employees or patients, that should tell you right there that something is wrong with this picture. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Pyramid?

AUTHOR: TJ Ingram - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, December 29, 2012

Anyone that uses the term "pyramid scheme" has never studied any form of business. Want to really see a pyramid scheme? Look at any large traditional company. You have a huge number of lowly workers that hardly get paid. Cashiers. Team members. Drivers. Then you have less managers, paid slightly more. Then less higher managers, paid even more. Corporate officers. Executives. Eventually down to one owner or smmall grouo of owners that rake in all the profit. How is that not a pyramid? Almost all business are pyramid schemes. The allure of mlm is that even coming in at the bottom, anyone can be successful with hard work. Try that with another job. Some will do it. The ones willing to kiss up to their bosses and wait years.

The real deal on NuLegacy

AUTHOR: souke - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 29, 2010

Having been with NuLegacy for awhile now I can attest to the fact that their management does in fact have integrity issues. The vp of marketing has flip flopped more than a corrupt politician on many issues. The strategy by which they want reps to market has changed more times than I care to count which signifies that they don't know what they are doing or do they?

All the Rx group numbers fall under one main number the corporate number. So lets say for instance you're out there passing out cards and then low and behold you don't see any money coming in...what? Well it's not explained very well that you'll have to wait 4-5 months before you actually start getting paid on the cards that you distribute.

Now here's the angle they pitch...bring people in the business...and you can earn off that while you're waiting for the card claims to kick in....only one small problem with that...most folks can only bring in between 2-5 people at the most...this is average for most people...so you do make some bonus money but problem is most will drop out in 30-60-90 days.

Now where are you? So what they tell you to do is market your business! You gotta have a marketing budget... yes of course! Only problem is you'll spend far more money marketing for reps that quit in 30-60-90 days than you'll ever make with the company.

Now those reps that you did bring in...they pass out some cards but never hang around long enough to reap the benefits of their own efforts and they never would have because they didn't put out enough cards to reap the benefits anyway.

So what happens is that those card claims roll up to the company...corporate...and they don't have to pay out any money to the rep. because the rep quit! The comp plan is now a two up which you are not told upon joining. Reps do not earn any over rides off their first two teams? Say what...yeap that's right...anything your first two reps or teams do (assuming they do much of anything) go to corporate. Now on your third team you begin earning the over rides.

The comp plan has changed to benefit those who can heavily recruit and corporate of course. It's a short lived philosophy. A never ending cycle of people coming into the business, passing out cards, quitting, and as you might guess corporate makes all the money at your expense.

You would think since the new comp plan took effect that people would be making more money and more people would be coming into the company and that's simply not so ....something very wrong with that picture.

The fact of the matter is that corporate is really using and abusing all it's reps in an all out effort to make as much money as possible while not giving a hoot about you the rep. They are ruthless.

How about the marketing budget...lets talk some numbers....200 a month for their magazine ad co-op...if you were to stay in that for a year...2400.00 dollars. By the way the leads generated from that co-op are terrible. You may sponsor 5 out of 70-80 if you're lucky and then they will drop in 30-60-90 days.

The post card marketing campaign they tout...again you're looking at mailing 200 post cards a week at a cost of 56.00 for postage a week...times 4 weeks now you're at $224.00 a month just in postage costs excluding the cost of the post cards themselves and the same vicious cycle happens...20 respond you may sponsor 3-5 on a two hundred piece mailing...and in 30-60-90 days they are gone....not all will be gone but most will and so you keep this up because the vp of marketing say's hey that's what you gotta do...so people do it...they spend tons of money...heck if you were to be in the co-op and do the post card thing that would be $424.00 a month just in marketing to only see most of your sponsored reps drop out...now what? You're out that money...with nothing to show for it because you get no overrides..on your first two teams.....it all goes to corporate...how wonderful

Congratulations you're working like a dog to make the corporate structure very very wealthy! They are making the big bucks let me tell you....all at your expense. They would call it good business practice...well there's more to life than misleading and using the heck out of people that's for sure.

If the average person were told up front BEFORE JOINING THE MADDNESS what it would really take to make any "life changing money" with NuLegacy they would run for the hills. People are not told up front what it will really take to make it...so they find out the hard way....and corporate gets filthy rich in the process.

I don't know about you but I don't call that good honest business practices.

If you were to do just the post card thing and the ad co-op in the hbc magazine that would run you over $5,088.00 just in advertising costs...and if you do any other advertising well add that to that figure.

You're better off getting a part time job as a pizza delivery person...seriously.

There are some legit companies out there that pay much more than NuLegacy and they aren't MLM OR NETOWRK MARKETING and I will say this if it's an MLM or network marketing structure....run....and I mean as fast as you can in the other direction.

NuLegacy Rx Card - NuLegacy International Is Not A Scam!

AUTHOR: Andrew Cullen - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, April 04, 2010

NuLegacy is not a scam - Anyone who is looking to start a reputable business simply join NuLegacy International, if you listen to all these negative comments you will hear the same responses from those who quit the company. All of the negative postings a full of lies, are not based on facts but rather opinions, and most importantly those who leave negative feedback regarding NuLegacy International simply do not understand business or the process of working for yourself. If NuLegacy International was a scam do you really think that thousands of doctor's offices, free health clinics, The Salvation Army, and other businesses would be willing to give their clients the free prescription cards? I think not, bottom line - Get the facts and don't take advice from those who don't understand how to run a business, let alone those who failed from following easy instructions on how to be successful with NuLegacy.

NuLegacy International Is Not A Scam

AUTHOR: Andrew Cullen - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 01, 2010

NuLegacy Rx Card is not a scam, what people fail to realize is that when you start up a business there are going to be business expenses in order to get started and continue to be in business. You aren't going to just open a business for free and expect to make a profit, if you want to make any money you have to invest in marketing material and products. Do you think that McDonald's or Wal-Mart started with no business expenses? Come on, let's get real here. The NuLegacy Rx Card provided by NuLegacy International is a legitimate company otherwise Agelity the largest prescription claims company would not partner up with them. If you don't see Agelity on your prescription card then you have a problem (Those companies are the scams) Do your research before posting information about a company that you either failed at for not doing things correctly, or simply didn't like actually working to be successful.  Things won't get done for you, you have to work to make money.

NuLegacy Screws Their Reps

AUTHOR: Scam victim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 10, 2009

NuLegacy has some integrity issues for sure.  They reward their reps for screwing eachother over, back-stabbing is permitted and strongly endorsed by Dr. Devin the owner of NuLegacy.  I know of multiple reps who have been "terminated" from NuLegacy for B.S. claims and their entire downline and customer orders were awarded to their upline sponsor who just took them out.  I won't mention any names but the top rep is the only rep making any money at all, even their fearless VP who is an obnoxious loud-mouth isn't making any money with NuLegacy.  If he was, he would show his paychecks instead of putting his fingers on them covering them up... what a joke!  Strongly encourage everyone to stay away from NuLegacy.  You have been warned!

NuLegacy is Still Scamming

AUTHOR: Phoenix daniels - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 16, 2009

I recently got a letter in the mail from a person trying to get me to rejoin NuLegacy International.  The person who I won't mention for their protection states how they have only been with NuLegacy for a few months and how he's made over $5,000 so far.  Okay first off I am still staying with my original report, I've seen first hand what is involved with NuLegacy International, all that it is a big MLM pyramid scheme, the only way you will make a profit is to spend money and spend money and spend money.  My problem is that is you keep spending all this money for supplies, etc. how are you going to afford to continue????  I spent God knows how much money trying to promote NuLegacy, I spent it on business cards, prescription cards, brochures, mailing lists, not too mention stamps galore sending the brochures to people trying to recruit them into my team.  This is why despite what others say on this topic, I clearly stand on my original message, that NuLegacy International is nothing but a scam designed to milk money from people and luring them with the thought that the more they spend the more successful they will be and can earn $7,500 per month.  Again if you are thinking of this opportunity my advice is to stay away from it and try another adventure, because this one does nothing but take all your money.

Nulegacy Is a Legitimate Company and helpind so many people save Millions.

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 09, 2009

Nulegacy International Is A Great Company!

This will help you see why...

Nulegacy International has helped so many people.

Phoenix Daniels we don't need his opinion or anyone elses
opinion. We know the card works. Doctors offices all over the country has our cards.
The person who has accused this of being a scam is bitter and never made any money in this amazing company. The elderly that has thanked me personally
for giving them a card. And said it made a difference for them the $43 dollars savings allowed them to take their medicine and also eat.

So I will suggest this... Take the Nulegacy Challenge

Go to http://www.freerxcard.net

Print a card or cards use it then you be the judge.

You can see the savings from the website on your prescriptions
before you even go to the pharmacy just by putting your
prescription or prescriptions into the drug pricing tool.
How much proof do you need that this card works?
What better way to see you amazing savings.

You will see that the bogus claim made that this person and 50 others only saved a dollar is far from the truth. My wife and I can show you actual savings from the Nulegacy Card that we use.

They said Thomas Edison Was Crazy

They said Albert Einstein was a Loony Toon

They said the Wright Brothers would never fly a plane.

See there are angry Bitter people everywhere so don't always be
first to bad mouth something or someone. Make your own decision on a product.

Do you think the largest company that helps people save on prescription drugs
would be standing behind Nulegacy if the Card Didn't save people on their prescription Drugs. Phoenix Daniels never showed any proof
of his claims just comments from an angry person.

I give you our June Facts and I will also give you other updates as they become available.

Here are Nulegacy's June Numbers
We can't make this stuff up.

June Stats For NuLegacy

NuLegacy Savings Statistics:

Total Savings to Date: $9,193,857.11

Savings in June 2009: $911,648.94

Total Rx Claims in June: 32,413

Avg. % Savings in June: 44.40% per prescription

Avg. $ Savings in June: $28.12 per prescription

Avg. Daily Savings: $30,388.30

As far as buying Cards and brochures any Business person knows you have to advertise your business so this person doesn't understand business.

We are in the free prescription card business. So our product
is the cards.
Would McDonald's not buy hamburgers to sell it only makes sense.
And we don't make you buy them it is your option.
The cards are 2 cents a piece so what a big scam ooooooooooooh

So I urge anyone who is considering the card or the opportunity to do there research
and make an informed decision on their own.

Nulegacy International is a great Company with great people
and a great product.

Thanks Kevin

Update

AUTHOR: Phoenix Daniels - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 25, 2009

NuLegacy International is a scam regardless of what people will say, if you have anything positive to say about this crooked company then you are involved with the scam. This company is not to be trusted and if you are sent a postcard or ask to use the prescription card throw it in the trash, because that is all that it is is trash from a company that likes taking advantage of people. I've been there and that's why I stand by my claim.

NuLegacy Is A Legitimate Business Opportunity

AUTHOR: S. Smoot - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 13, 2009

My experience with NuLegacy has been nothing but positive. I first discovered Nulegacy when I injured my knee and had to get two prescriptions filled. Using the NuLegacy Rx Card, I saved over $50.00 on my two prescriptions. Soon thereafter, I became a NuLegacy representative and have built a team of over 60 representatives and am watching my income grow each and every month.

As with any business, NuLegacy requires an investment. The Rx Cards and brochures are the tools necessary to promote and build the business. Whether you open a hair salon, a fast food restaurant, or some type of home business, you must make an investment in the tools of the trade in order to be successful. Anyone who thinks otherwise is destined for failure.

As far as interest in the NuLegacy Rx Card goes, I have received a positive response from 99% of the doctor's offices and other businesses that I have approached. These business are happy to have me leave cards for their patients and clients. Each month, my prescription claims grow as does my income.

Does NuLegacy encourage its representatives to build a team. Of course, just as all other networking marketing ventures do. The whole point is to create leverage! The more successful your downline is, the more successful you will be!

The following numbers demonstrate what the NuLegacy Rx Card has done to help make people's prescriptions more affordable:

May Stats For NuLegacy

Total Savings-to-Date: $8,282,208.17

Savings in May 2009: $868,013.71

Total Prescriptions in May: 31,740

Avg. % Savings in May: 43.75% per prescription

Avg. $ Savings in May: $27.35 per prescription

Avg. Daily Savings in May: $28,000.44

All I can say is that NuLegacy is a legitimate and viable business opportunity. No promises of getting rich quick are ever made. However, anyone can build a long-term residual income and be a successful NuLegacy representative if they commit to working the business and if they are willing to utilize the tools available to them and follow the proven system that the most successful representatives in the company are using to attain six figure incomes.
