Nutra Logistic SCAM Charging high price for "FREE TRIAL" offer Lewiston Maine

Two days ago, I participated in an online survey which promised a free product.  I chose a 'free' bottle of Garcinia Cambogia by Nutra Logistic. After filling in the order form on which I had to provide my credit card details to pay for shipping of the 'free' product, I got curious about the company and did some online research.

The first thing I found were several complaints about the company on scambook. I tried to cancel the order immediately, both online and through calling their customer service, which was closed (Saturday afternoon).  

This Monday morning, I spoke to their customer service, and was told that I could not cancel the order as it was already fulfilled.  They would not let me speak to any Manager, would not transfer me to their shipping department, and told me they did not cancel orders based on emails.  

Further, unless I returned the product at my own cost, I would be charged nearly $90 after 30 days. Their defence was that everything was covered in the terms and conditions.  Very creative use of the term "free trial offer"
