Nutranow Nutra Now Say one thing and did an other

In Nov 2017, I saw the ad for $4.99. I thought it might be worth a try, but as I tried to check out it ordered some drops to go with the pills. I tried to cancell but the web page had a mind of its own, or should I say Nutra Now had it set up to make you add more to your order. I then chatted with a rep on the web site, under messaging on the site. I said I did not want t it. They replyed and said they woul d give it to me at half price.

I said NO, I don't want it. Because I felt they were not a company with good practices. And I don't want any of it. I thought it was taken care of. But just looked at my CC statement and found they been charging me the 80 bucks a month. I called them at 844-630-1134 and he said they will cancel it. But I've ended up paying the last few months. And since I chatted with the customer rep on the site, they don't have record that I said I didn't want it. Very bad company with how they make sales, its not ethical.
