NutraSlim5 They cheated me of my $109.95 refund when I returned their product back in December, 2016 Phoenix Arizona

NutraSlim5 is rip-off in that I was contacted by a representative who assured me that their return policy would br no problem.  I was very dissatisfied with this product and immediately returned it and they received my return on December 20, 2016.  I have contacted the company numerous times to get the same rude CSR by the name of "Joe" who claims he was sending a request over for my refund.  He ultimately told me that a refund of $109.95 was put in but wouldn't go through so I would not receive a refund at all now. I am livid with the unprofessionalism and fraudulant practices of this notorious company. I've file a complaint with the BBB and to no avail.  I've even filed an online complaint with the company as well.
