Nuvoryn SA Stole my money! Ripoff! Internet

I saw this weight loss pil, Nuvoryn, and bought it on the Internet.  I used the local branch, in Cape Town.  Paid the money, and received a mail, that confirmed my order.  That was done, 10-05-2012.  They have a 100% money back guaranty, so I thought.  And if they fail to deliver the parcel in 30 days, you get your money back.  I phoned the local nr, but you get transferred to Bedford in UK.  They wont give you a tracking nr, because they DONT send the parcel!  I am still waiting!  Someone need to make fire under them!
