After purchasing a 3D kit from Nvidia after upgrading my computer and equipment to enjoy games and movies in 3D.

Soon after I ordered an extra set of 3D glasses from the Nvidia store on line, paid for everything inc. freight though FedEx.

When the product arrived it was damaged and the FedEx driver opened the parcel and filled a damage report with the claims department.

FedEx paid in full to Nvidia store the full cost of the glasses as well as shipping costs.

In contacting the service@store nvidia.com it became apparent that they have no intention of sending me a new pair of glasses.

Dispite repeated attempts they use a form letter telling me to return the damaged glasses, which now became the property of FedEx once Nvidia was paid in full. Sorry not mine to return, besides as photos sent to Nvidia showing the condition of the shipment on arrival and the product inside that was crushed.

Nice way to rip off former customers with this kind of treatment

Somehow stupidity runs rampid within this area of Nvidia..

MY GRAPHICS DRIVER I GOT FROM THEM WAS NO GOOD

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 09, 2010

THE FIRST INCIDENT I HAD WAS SOMEONE DOWNLOADING VIRUSES AND MALWARE ONTO ME WHEN I WAS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE, I HAD TO DO A COMPLETE OPERATING SYSTEM REINSTALL ON MY DELL LAPTOP.

MY GRAPHICS WERE LOOKING VERY BAD AND I DIAGNOSED THAT THE GRAPHICS DRIVER WAS THE REASON.

I CALLED SOME GUYS I KNEW WHO WERE WORKING AT DELL THEN AND ASKED THEM WHAT I NEEDED TO DO.

THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE NVIDIA WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THE GRAPHICS DRIVER SOFTWARE FOR MY PARTICULIAR LAPTOP.

AFTER I DOWNLOADED IT, IT WAS WORSE THAN EVER SO I TOOK IT TO AN IT TECH I KNOW AND HE REMOVED ASSORTED VIRUSES AND MALWARE FROM MY GRAPHICS DRIVER THAT APPARENTLY CAME IN ON THE GRAPHICS DRIVER SOFTWARE.

COST ME $200 TO GET THE RIGHT NVIDIA GRAPHICS DRIVER SOFTWARE WHICH WAS OFF OF AN INSTALLATION DISK HE HAD...

IF NIVIDIA HAD KEPT DUE DILIGENCE IN MAINTAINING THEIR SITE, I WOULD HAVE HAD A CLEAN APPLICATION AND NOT BEEN OUT THE $200.
