Dealt with a man named Lance Smith if that is even his real name!

Saw ads on craigslist about low down payment for homes in long island so I called and met up with him, has houses cheap in the 200k-240k area so I figured this is a good deal. 3,000 down payment? yeah right! I spent almost 20,000 after closing.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

they are investors who claim to be legit but dont list their houses on the mls??

they buy houses for less than 100k and do just cosmetics to make you believe the house is in top notch condition when really you're getting what you pay for.

cant use your own lawyer? check

cant use your own inspector? check

even the mortgage company looks fishy!

go elsewhere, you will be glad you did
