NYS child support enforcement in columbia county New York current and medical child support terminated in 2013 and 2014 ordered 11.00 week ,they are fraudulently taking 124.03 week knowing there is a court order but will not change in system hudson New York

2013 all current child support terminated as well as medical terminated. 2014 custoodial paarent tried to violate judge ruled against him and ordered 11.00 per week  towards arrears only .They started taking that amount initially as seen on my paystubs . Then i switched jobs and they underminingly started taking 124.03 a week,11.53 towards medical and 112.50 towards child support which is the amount i ws paying before termination. CSE states that the change was never put into the system I have notified them spoke with supervisor and reps,they know that there is no court order for the amount they are now changing.I have had multiple warrants against me unknowingly through NYS DOR ruining my credit. I have had people call me stating they are from Hudson Family court when I return call it ws NYSDOR sales dept. Spoke withthe supervisor there. The warrants dont even comply with their procedure according to DOR supervisor . I have provided to my current employed copy of court order and my employer doesnt understand the issue due to i reside in M and the case is out of NY Columbia County. Fraudulent documents sent to my empoyers and then IWO s sent to my patients addresses through home care agencies, how did  they received those addresses ? I was collecting unemployment and as soon as i started to collect then DUA sends a letter stating that they received a call from DOR stating I was collecting fraudulently which I was not. I resolved that . What DOR , i have been frauded over the years and have paid more child support than I should have. I have called internal affairs and state  attorney General with none to little response. I am tired of this . This is criminal and I ned help .
