My son and I have lived here about 18 yrs. Did not have full knowledge of what we were  gettimg into. So we lived and boy have we learned. No matter how many times managers changed (Lots of them) they were all basically all the same. One or 2 of them were half way decent and they didnt stay long. All the so called Rules were supposed to be for Everyone. But they let some people get by with any thing they wanted to do. And others had to walk chalk line.  And the changed the "Rules " when they wanted to ,to whom they wanted to.

On the (1st) of each month rent is due. If you are (one) Day Late you get an eviction notice. I ask them why. They we just go by the rules. Most places give at least 5 days grace period and "No" eviction notice. And if you are "15" days late they will charge you $133.00 for Them to file to EVICT  you. Like We have to Pay them to Evict us. Boy thats hospatility for you aint it?

As the other guy said theyre drugs, and dirty streets, worn down unkept homes there. Kids play and do what ever in the abandon homes.  There have been reports of killings here,plus thefts and Lord only knows what else goes on here. They seem to be more concerned with the homes in front of park where people who drive in see the nice part and dont care what the back looks like.

And just this week they force mowed our yard when just the Day before my son just mowed it. They force mow twice a month and charge $30 . Boy I got a little Hot about that. I told her anyone could could see  our Yard DiD not need mowing. She said they take pictures of the yard before they mow. I said how tall (3") does the grass have to be for them to force mow! She didnt answer me. All she said was she would have to look at the picture before she could tell me!

Oh almost forgot they have a BBB sign above their door. Deceptive!!!

We have been and are working to get out. Its easier said than done. But we are going to get out of here this year.

The park itsel is in a nice setting but they dont fix it up to how nice it Could look.
