After discovering these charges for internet webhosting that I never authorized, I called OAN and the woman I spoke with was very evasive. She agreed to cancel this and refund my money, but we shall see if that happens. I did get the IP address of where this offense occured and traced it back to Comcast Cable in Huntsville, AL. Strange, because I am in Georgia.

I would encourage everyone to try and get the IP address and then do a Google search on "Free Tracing of IP Addresses". There are many sites that do this completely free.

I reminded the employee at OAN that there seemed to be MANY complaints regarding her place of employment, she had a smug tone in her voice, which now has more than fueled my fire to take them down.

The first step I took was contacting and filing a complaint with my local law enforcement.

My next step will be to move up the chain of command at AT&T to find out why this service was allowed to be billed to my account. The AT&T customer service rep had no idea how to handle it. The BBB and FCC are next in line.
I would encourage everyone else to do the same.

I am going to try and contact my local media here in Atlanta to see if they have an interest in this story, hopefully so. If anyone else is in Atlanta, or any other city for that fact, we need to be calling them and bringing this to their attention. If enough people inudate them with calls, maybe they will investigate it.
