I was on the computer and was told be a friend where to get free coupons to download. So I went on this web site and filled out the information. I did't get the coupons but was charged for Voicemail for my home phone, and I called them to let them know I didn't order this and they said I did.I talked to a manager and will be refunded for three months in the amount of $41.19. then I call my phone company and they said I was charged a total of $68.65 for Five months. So then I call the company back to try to get the two months of a refund back also, and was told to e-mail them or write a letter because they are only aloud to refund up to three months over the phone, and that I would have to write to them an dispute it.
