OAN billing sent charge of $14.12 on behalf of USA Voicemail, to Verizon to add charges on to my Verizon phone bill. When OAN 1-800-892-8424 called was called told there was a 27 minute wait, 19 callers ahead of me. I refuse to waste my time waiting to talk to a company about services I did not bill.
Then called Verizon, they said they would return the charges to OAN. Called Better Business Bureau said OAN is a drop box. USA in Clearwater Florida. Will file a BBB report in clearwater, fla. Now that I have a state for OAN from this web site will file a report in California. This is indeed a rip off and charges should and will be filed if I can find out how.
