When I received my phone bill, there were charges on there from OAN Services, Inc. For billing questions call 1 800 926-7514. The detailed charges were for a USA Voicemail for billing questions call 1 800 944-9646.
The fee was for 12.95 with .39 tax total of $13.34. When I called OAN they said I had to call USA Voicemail Services for billing questions, all they did was the billing for them. This is a little confusing.
When I called USA Voicemail I got a recording that there hours were from 9:00 am to 4:50 pm est. If you have any questions you can go to there website www.support@4usavoicemail.com. Went there & needed a log in to access it.
I agree with Maryann in Clearwater, Fla. these companies are a rip off. All they do is give the run around. Needless to say I have also alerted my phone company of the fraudelent charges these companies are inposing on people.
