Ocala place apartments Rudeness , condescending ,management is horrible has no respect for a Human being Ocala, Florida

This apartment complex is very disorganized .New management came In around November.The part time manager is never available for anything if you need paperwork done.To give an example A resident applied for another apartment complex and the manager from that complex had to call the resident because they still haven't got the rental history and she stated she left messages to the office and still had not got a response.she said she had been trying to contact my landlord for about a week she called that very unprofessional.

The resident had stayed at this complex for over 2 years and never had a problem until they got a new manager in office which she is never on site .She says things that is not in your leasing agreement.For example management told a residents that no one could be in there apartment if they are not there. This is untrue and doesn't state in the lease.

Also their was a issue where the residents daycare was going on a paid vacation for a week so the resident had to find someone to watch her kids. The resident then informed management of that change for the week which they were having inspections. The landlord then advised the resident that she has to write a letter stating that . Which is untrue the only times that you have to notify management is if that person will be staying overnight with you pass 14 days.

Last thing when residents need to make changes to their income or anything management does it on their own time. For example a resident had a child needs the baby added on took them a month to add the child after the resident had given the information to the manger and the child could have been added the same day . I wouldn't advise anyone to move out there . One resident had to wait three months for heat and ac to be fixed . This is not a good community and managent is rude especially the landlord that is currently in Ocala place now.
