the year 2008 i purchased the grand level presidential suite and stayed for 2 weeks with my wheelchar bound wife.we made a reservation for a manicure and pedicure and upon leaving the lobby she told me that her weding band is missing, I had the security investigate and came out empty handed. In 2009 we went in February to stay and they had another suite available for us which I refused because it was not the same we stayed the year before, they new my wife needed a handicap bathroom but they din't care much about so I had to stay at he hyat for 2 weeks costing me $24,000 to get the same accommodations.

I was premised later that this would not happen again but never to compensated me for going to enother resort, subsequently because my wife's illness could not travel I have 18 unused weeks which they refuse to allow me to rent claiming they are all lost.Because I owned this time share forever they are trying with all their efforts to get me to abandon my interest.
