Ocwen Federal Bank Fsb ripoff West Palm Beach Florida

Our loan was turned over to Ocwen in 1998. We were harassed and threatened with foreclosure constantly. We were charged with ridiculous charges like property inspection, recoverable breach fees and future late charges. In 2002 our house was destroyed in a fire. We received a check from our insurance company written to Ocwen and Us. We asked ocwen for a payoff quote. After weeks we finally got one Principal owed plus a list of ridiculous suspense credit, future late, nsf check charges, property inspection, recoverable breach fees, payoff tax fees and payoff quote fees.

One officer I spoke with told me they would send me some of my money back. Another officer told me I would get nothing back. I thought we would get most of our money back because we only borrowed $5,000. A check came in the mail a few days later for $11.00!!! I am mad as heck!!! They just stole our home!!!
