Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff Ocwen and Their "Birds of a Feather Attorneys" IGNORE judges ruling in Foreclosure Hearing! Orlando, Florida

I went to a foreclosure hearing and I represented myself against Ocwen's (Birds of a Feather, flock together Denver attorneys). No one cares about your home more than you do. I used a service called Pre-Paid Legal, Inc. for all the case preparation, but I was my own attorney, because I couldn't afford one. I WON!

The key thing was the verbal payment arrangements Ocwen made to me regarding a payment that was behind. I was to make it through Western Union, which I did as instructed, but they returned it!

The attorneys at PPL suggested I call my representative at Ocwen back and talk to them, and get them to admit they had made those payment arrangements with me. My husband did that. Then we transcribed the conversation and entered it into court along with other documentation.

Now the verbal agreement that they had no intention of keeping and that we could now prove to be true with our transciption of the exact conversation took us off the loan contact that the foreclosure hearing was based on. The judge pronounced ESTOPPEL, which meant they could NOT foreclose, and additioanlly the judge said they were to accept my payments (no 6 payments behind); and were not to charge interest, late fees, foreclosure fees, attorneys fees, etc. All I had to do was to go up to the attorneys office and make my 6 back payments which has been set aside.

When I got there, they tried to get me to sign a document that said even though I was making these payments it wouldn't clear the loan default! They said they wouldn't take my payment if I didn't sign it! SUCH SLEEZY LAWYERS! They were going against the judges judgment!

I refuse to sign the document and asked for a copy of it, and of course they wouldn't give it to me. Finally they took my money and gave me a receipt.

Finally my account was zeroed out. However, 6 months later they tried to hit me with $5000 worth of attorneys fees and foreclosure fees once again, and served me with a letter that if these weren't paid they woudl take me into foreclosure AGAIN!

I called Pre Paid Legal again and they wrote a letter telling with the copy of the judgement and they reduced the fees to $700 and something, attorney fees, recording fees, and other legal fees, still.

THen a couple of months later the PPL (only $16 a month) wrote them another letter demanding they take the foreclosure off my credit report and take off the legal fees once again. Finally, they took it off. But all this took 2 years, and I could have lost my house in that courtroom that day, hadn't I had such good legal councel that I could afford.

Now I am wondering if I should file a suit on them and their attorneys for contempt of court? Does anyone know?
