Ocwen Federal Bank/Ocwen Loan Servicing Frustrated and scared of losing my home due to Ocwen stating that I am 8 payments behind. Orlando Florida

My house is in foreclosure due to Ocwen saying that I am 8 payments behind in my mortgage, I have paperwork to prove otherwise also they are reporting to the credit bureau that I am 8 payments late which is resulting in my inability to re-finance with another lender.

My mortgage was sold to them in the beginning of 2004 and I have had nothing but problems with them since. Yesterday I spent my entire work day just trying to reach someone at Ocwen to explain the missing payments. Short of getting on an airplane and going there I finally was able to reach someone.

In 2005 my husband had to file bankruptcy to stop the first foreclosure Ocwen filed, in the fall of 2006 our lawyer went into court and Ocwen made a deal with us that if we paid 6 additional payments starting in Oct. and commencing in March of 2007 that we would no longer be in foreclosure and could have the bankruptcy discharged.

After sending the 6 payments and continuing with our ususal payments every month we got a letter stating that we were in foreclosure again. I immediately called and was told that we were 8 payments behind, I was so stunned by this, just having buried my mother, when I questioned Ocwen as to how this could be all they could say to me is "are you disputing this" and I said I was and asked for a printout of my payment history.

Upon receiving this printout I clearly saw my 6 additional payments and was at the time trying to re-finance to get away from this horrible company and my loan person told me that Ocwen was erroneous in their reporting to the credit bureau because as far as they could see from the printout all the payments were there.

I want to be included in the class action suit against this corrupt company - I don't want to lose my home, please help me.
