OCWEN FEDERAL BANK RIPPED OFF ONE HOUSE PAYMENT!!! ripoff West Palm Beach Florida

We fell behind in our house payments, due to illness. We called OCWEN and made 4 house payments at one time.
3 that we were behind, and one for the next month, paying this in advance.

A couple of weeks later, we receive a letter from OCWEN stating that our April payment was past due! This being the payment we made in advance.

When we called them, they stated that the April payment we made went toward attorney fees, foreclosure fees, (we never received notice of foreclosure) and a $75.00 inspection fee was still due!

I told them "No one has been out here to inspect the house".. They said "Someone drove by to see if anyone is living there."

All in all, they took $800.00 from our account to pay these bogus charges.

When OCWEN first bought our loan, we asked them if our due date could be on the 16th of each month, they said Yes, after all the paperwork was done, to call and they would change this.

To date, they have refused each and every month to change this or even work with us, for that matter.

They have been a NIGHT MARE to deal with. If I could afford to refinance to get away from these people, I would do it in a heartbeat.
