Ocwen Federal accepted my payments which were sent directely from my bank account and then one month they decided to take my money and did not apply it to my mortage. I spoke with atleast five or six people each time I tried to resole the issue. I found that it was a hopeless cause. I then started to send checks of which they decided to hold for atleast two months.

Ocwen Federal is a bigger ripoff kind than I
had imagined. I thought I was the only person
who had gotten taken by these robbers. I too
am a victim of having Ocwen take money that was
paid through my bank to them only to have them
never apply the payment to my account. They
could never tell me where the payment was applied.

With a missing payment and the person who was assigned to my account held two checks which
made it appear that I was three months behind.

They started foreclosure proceedings but I was able to get the house on the market and find a buyer for far less than my home was worth. They hired an attorney from Connecticut and paid her seven thousand dollars out of the sell of the house.

I found it ironic that one of their people called me when the sell was a done deal to ask me if I wanted to save my home.
Please let some one rid these people of their evil deeds.
