After a long hard battle with the criminal mortgage lenders Ocwen Lending they are almost ready to steal my house. I have gone round and round with this company as so other many Americans. I bought this house in Tempe Az for $105,000 in 1995 all on my own putting $10,000 down and was supposed to be payed off in 2017. I was never late on one payment until the economic crash of 2009-2010 and I too was one of the first to feel the crunch., as most people were putting off buying art. It has never recovered for me. I had tried to get caught up in the fall of 2013 offering them $8300.00 to get caught up on a reinstatement amount of $10,700. But they refused. They also told me no sale was planned with my mother being a witness to that., but that was lie.

My mortgage was sold, repackaged to many different lenders, somewhere along the line it was changed from a fixed rate loan to an adjustable rate loan. I know they don't even have the original documents anymore as I have requested the original note but all they say is it is a corporate headquarters. I also contacted Ocwen Lending in April of 2014 and had made arrangements with them to get caught up, both of my parents being witnesses to that as well. They accepted two payments and returned the third saying that they were reneging on our arrangement and wanted the whole payment. They then offered me to "apply" for a loan modification in July.

I sent it in knowing that being self employed they would probably deny it. While waiting for word they sold my house in late August 2014 for $178,000. It is worth $270,000. They say I owed two different amounts on my balance one for $82,000 and the $100,000 they took out when it sold. They want me out but I have yet to hear anything about the extra $78,000 profit they made. So I lost out on $190,000 which was supposed to be my retirement nest egg. We have contacted the AZ Attorney General himself, at first they sounded all enthusiastic making promises but nothing seems to going anywhere there yet.. AZ has yet to give one dime to AZ homeowners from the $25 billion settlement (AZ got $110 million) with the Federal government reached from the banks instead of prosecution for their criminal fraud.

This lender has received an "F" from the BBB even issued an "alert" for this business..  This evening there was a notice on my door saying I have until 5pm tomorrow to be out. I have one more legal option tomorrow, I have spent thousands of dollars on attorneys etc. ...............I am emotionally and financially spent about this whole matter. I thought that people should know how these banks are stealing the American dream. Of course we Native Americans know all too well about illegal evictions, we have been dealing with that since 1492. Is there any justice in America????
