Ocwen loan company illegal fforclosing Palm beach Nationwide

Had mortgage sold to different companies without ever having the right to choose, well last couple years been in the hands of ocwen.Lost my job and was unemployed so got behind on mortage. Wrote a letter after several attempts to call them about a modification and never got a response. Eventually got notice that is was being sold of at sheriff's sale.  Once again my wife tried calling and was able to talk to someone and they told her that their computer had frozen and she would have to call back another day.  Well about a week later I was able to get thru to someone who I could not understand and don't think he could understand me but finally talked to a relations manager and he had told me because the sake was within 7 days he could not do anything. I had told him we had been trying to get ahold of someone and mentioned the letter we wrote and never received acknowledgement of it  He continued to tell me they sent proper paperwork which I replied we never received anything but our monthly statement.  Well the sale went on and we received info that the lender had bought it back. Well 10 days after the sale I was shocked to see two letters from Ocwen stating the info they would need for a modification which may I add on the cover letter of each one had the date which one was marked 5/6 a d one marked 5/7 .Thought that was odd after telling me I was too late for that. Well 3 days after getting those I received the modification packet to fill out and on it the date it needed to be there was 5/3. So beginning to think something is not right  The very next day I received a letter stating that ocwen had withdrew the bad and Fannie Mae had gotten it which at one time was my lender. If anyone has any suggestions or can help in anyway please contact me as I am about to be homeless with my wife and son.
