Our loan was sold or transfered to ocwen loan servicing during a filing for bankrupty in 2008 from a company called saxon mortgage. We started out our Loan with Americas moneyline in 2004 who sold our loan to saxon morgage. We had no idea what was going on but felt helpless and short of options so we just had to go along with the cards we were dealt.

Shortly after being transfered to ocwen, we kept getting letters saying we were late on payment and then we were in arreas. We worked with them to try and get caught up but there was always late fees or something that kept keeping us in arreas. In 2016, my husband was badly injured on the job and got more behind from loss wages. We were offered a modification, did the paper work but heard nothing on its progress. Sometimes, they would say they did not recieve documents we sent them over and over again, or they would tell us to make an appointment to talk to relationship manger who was never there when we called, and they were all foriegners who are hard to understand.

So after numerous calls to customer service and being given the run around we start getting forclosure notices. Eventually we recieved a trial mod but the terms of the proposed mod were unreasonable. For a whole year almost we could not get straight infomation about a modification so, we persued other agency that might help.

They have got forclosure proceding put off while they see how they can help. Now I am seeing this Duetshe bank in forclosure notices, where did they come from? Horrible company and experiences i would never wish on anyone. Hoping maybe we can get to keep our home. Been in home for 29 years.
