Another sleepless night for me : How am I to find a broker, How come Obama can't help us, why is ocwen getting away with hurting so many people?

Ed and all of your staff: What would we do without you? Every day someone is writing about Ocwen ,yet the scam continues, Ocwen and their attorneys are allowed to make mistakes on legal documents,does'nt matter if the address is correct or not "the same applies to your property".

We are at the mercy of banks and entities that are fraudulent,have been shut down by the OCC, class actions have been filed against them and these are the individuals controling our lives.
Ocwen is making millions of dollars ,their attorneys are ruthless and their calling centers are in India, our president has made speeches about outsourcing yet Ocwen is out there choosing  India ito handle  our mortgage payments, homes that individuals are working hard to keep ,the payments are just lost. Straw buyers are allowed to file Bankruptcy on a home they never resided in  never paid a utility bill, yet they can file Bankruptcy on the home that you worked for,the straw buyer also was paid for pretending he purchased the home, we paid rent , all of the equity is gone and now no one can help us.

There have been many foreclosure scams but this one involving DeMarco,Rei is different: The straw buyers in other scams usually get charged with fraud and prosecuted: The investors/strw buyers in the DeMarco scam they just got awy with it,filed Bankruptcy,or foreclsoure ,received their pay offs and now we are the defendants,of course it is our fault after all,we were in foreclsoure to begin with, many of us are working but have experienced a change in income: Thats too bad,Ocwen does not care,the homes are on the internet ready to be taken from us.

The sad thing is  we would have never lost  these homes if we did not fall prey to DeMarco,REI, these closings took place at reputable Title companies, any doubts we had,Kristen the notary connected you right to DeMarco,REI but than again nothing was notarized!!!

So now this is it,we are poor unfortunates trying to survive and we lose to Newco/Ocwen. This is what I worked 30 years for,so an investor could make a profit and file Bankruptcy after he gets his payoff.

We lose all the way around,we paid rent,the equity gets stripped, we put the origianl down payment yes this sure is Justice !!! For all the rest of you who are going through the calling center in India,having paymnets mi applied,insurance problems, I hope all of you get help, no one should lose their home when they are doing the right thing.

I do not know what has happened in America, I worked 30 years to get the American Dream, I have experienced hardships over the years ,the loss of my mom and 2 of my brothers, I never gave up ,I would pick myself up , DeMarco was holding a reserve account for me,and setting aside the equity for us.

We all had problems, there was an individual with Thyroid cancer, another lady wanted to refi so she could keep her home and put her daughters through college.  Some individulas lost their jobs, others like Valerie just got sick. DeMarco,Real Esate investment just took our money and ran.

Can anyone out there just help us ? We don't want to lose these homes,if you give us a mortgage we will pay it back. Please all the equity was stripped, now they want to kick us aside. Anyone who can help us we would appreciate it. We did not know this was going to happen: The title comapnies were owned by reputable individuals

Don't know when Anthony DeMarcos' criminal trial is coming up, things are quiet,the straw buyers are cozy and comfortable in their homes,Biana is the Philly Fashionista. Could it be that all of the scam artist were also very reputable and important and that is why these investors got away with it?

I am very bitter and very sad for all of us and Justice is not being served because the Hud documents were fraudulent,those straw buyers filed Bankruptcy and Foreclsoure and made money on the homes we worked for.
