My note was sold to OCWEN Mortgage Company. !) they allege I am not current in my payments. Finally I saw an attorney who got me a copy of my payment history. The bank called me and is getting copies of checks front and back. Hopefully I will have them next week. 2)

I called and asked to meet personally one-on-one with them the end of November. they did not show me the courtesy of a call. This means I would have driven 10 hours to keep the appt. but I was willing in order to resolve the mess! 3) When one calls one gets an international who hardly speaks English making it impossible to communicate. 4) I am told by one loan specialist, we will give you a forbearance; how, much can you give us? Not what is rquired. 5) I speak to another loan specialist he states i can't afford a forbearance and there is no need. Just pay by the 14th of the month. when I ask for something in writing I can't get it. 5)

The company who sold my contract to OWCEN failed to include taxes (escrow) in my note. One loan specialist tells me they will create an Escrow account. 6) speak to another specialist. He refused to do it because I am not current in my payments. 7) each time one speaks to the company there is another story; another twist - I don't believe them and don't trust them

if they reposess my home, they will get $112,000.00 that I put down on it. That is what I call a "steal" and that is what OCWEN is all about. Their voice mail is to the point of rediculous; they keep you on hold 45 minutes to one hours and then one gets not where with them. They are a terrible company and should be put out of business or investigaged by the proper authorities!

What gets me is that they are getting away with it!

The U.S. Government is investigating frudulaent, questionable conducts of mortgage companys and financers. Is there is anyone that I can be write to requesting an investigation of OCWEN and their bad possibly bad business practices, lack of knowledgeable personnel and "their refusal to meet with me one on one" as I requested.

In order to pay my taxes current and to bring the "alleged" back payments up-to-day I am borrowin from my retirement, and You know what, OCWEN does not care.

They should be put out of business and should definetely be investigated.

I hope other OCWEN customers will add their name to the list - if enough do, something will have to be done.

Continuation: For some reason the message stopped in mid stream. I am assuming you have the total report up to now. Briefly OCWEN has reported to Equifax (I am a member of Equifax Credit Watch) that "Suit or Judgement Informatin has been added to or changed on your credit file If You were not part of a suit or judgment, contact the court who reported the suit/judment as this activity may be a sign of fraud. The following is on the reprot: Amount: $346,095.00, Plantiff.....OCwen Loan Servicing LLC of Orlando Fl, Status:?????, Satisified Date: N/A. Now in the State of Virginia there is a "Deed of Trust" only and a trustee. One does not get served papers for a foreclosure, one does not go to court in the State of VA. OCWEN is required to post in the local newspaper twice a foreclosure notice and after that the home is auctioned off. One does not defend themselves and one is not served.

Now as of Friday to my knowledge or to my attorneys nothing has been posted in the paper suggesting foreclosure; however we will be checking first thing Monday with the county and I of course will contact the credit bureau. Could I stop forclosure? A good possibility, but I don't want to deal with OCWEN --- they are a totally evil incompetent company that in my opinion "enjoy destroying peoples lives." Imagine their staff ...."they can't be much better than the owners. I have a hunch there is a point system for the employees. Foreclosure 20 points, harrassment, 15, sheer meaness 100 points." Until something is done about them legally by our Government they will continue to abuse the system and they don't care who they hurt in the process.

The good news: I have found an attorney who has reviewed my file and is checking out Ripoff. He will file suit against the company on my behalf. Please watch for my messages in Ripff for the next step in developing the suit will be to a show a pattern of misconduct. As soon as we have set up a contact address, etc we will ask some one you or all of you to submit in writing your experience. Most likely signed and notorized. Once we determine there is a pattern we will go forward. This will not happen over night. It takes time in court, etc.

Maybe if a group of us band together, go forward we can stop abusive behavior by not just OCWEN but other mortgage companies who behave in like manner. I believe in the legal system and I also believe OCWEN thinks because one is in foreclosure they cannot afford to challenge them in court by the use of an attorney, but THEY MUST BE CHALLENGED.

In conclusion: I went to my safe deposit box to get my Deed of Trust" I have no Deed of Trust from OCWEN - they have never sent me one, I did pull out a Deed of Trust that was given to me by the original mortgge company. But look at it this way, property tax, I was told they would pay it $3,019.27 worth. I went to the county tax office, the taxes were not paid and the county did not know that OCWEN carried my note. My attorney and I will contact the trustee tomorrow to figure out what is what. Well this is my latest saga - life goes on, one must bite the bullet and move forward, choose their battles carefully. There is worse things than lossing a home. There are incurable diseases, loss of a child, etc. That's bad! Loosing a home is distressing and painful.

What goes around comes around and I believe with all my heart that in the end OCWEN will be held accountable for their action and thier abuse of the legal system and people. It is inevitable!

Frustrated, bewildered and disgusted

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 21, 2008

Yes indeed Ocwen should be put out of business. i finally hired an attorney. This was after I wired to them $7,000.00 plus even though an automated form letter requested a little over $5,000.00. I had the bank electronically transfer it to them. The money had to be at OCWEN by the 17th of the month. it was wired on the 4th of the month. The bank, OCWENS Bank, sat on the money. On the 18th they returned the money to my bank refusing to accept it. Keep in mind after the 16th of each month you are considered late.

I called my attorney and they have played every imaginable game one can think of with him.. First they stated they hadn't started foreclosure but they will reinstate for a certain amount of money. First time they wanted $10,500.00 (roughly); then it went up to just about $12,000.00 roughly. each time I threw my mortgage payment into my savings account waiting with the help of an attorney for something in writing. They played their usual games never returning calls, putting one on hold and not picking up the phone.

Finally the attorney got a retinstatement proposal for roughly $11,500.00 giving me until the 22nd of February to pay it. Yesday I received a letter from their attorney in Virginia dated 2/13/08 informing me they were going to foreclose and or to contact him to reinstate. Get this my attorney had already negotated and has in writing a reinstatement proposal stating where I am to wire my money not later than 2/22/08.

It gets even better! I finally called HUD to get my other options to resolve the issue. For example a quick sale and or another sale I believe where I sign over the Deed of trust to them. However, per the attorney for OCWEN it will take months before they make a decision regarding that suggestion "They normally don't like to do that states the attorney , because "they want to go after me for the balance they can't get in auction."

It even gets better. My settlement papers as well as my bill states my mortgage is $346,000.00. they are stating it is $350,000.00. My mortgage payments are $2,352.00 per month. they are insisting my monthly payments are $2,500.00. although i have written them asking for explanations they don't respond. THEY TAKE GREAT RELISH IN HURTING PEOPLE AND I AM CONVINCED THEY ARE A SUBPRIME LENDER/COLLECTOR AND ARE INTERNATIONALS WORKING OUT OF THE COUNTRY.

Tomorrow I will drive to Richmond, VA the State Capital and lay my paperwork out. the State can't stop foreclosure but they keep record of questionable conduct of mortgage company and will write them giving them 45 days to respond to the States inquiries.

Now as to my credit. Bear in mind OCWEN has been unfortunately my mortgage company (sold to them) for roughly a year. the first payment due them was March, 2007. (that means 11 months) Now they will agree verbally that I was current through August and then they admit to nothing. they have reported to the credit bureaus I have been late 7 times although I can prove beyond a doubt I paid them in a timely manner. Now if they have had the contract for 11 months, have admitted I paid timely through August how can i be late 7 times. I might add because of their action and their refusal to take money is why they haven't received payments and I might add one of their extremely - they say say - qualified loan counselors told me to send no money until papers were signed not to send in a payment, how is it my fault I was late.

they are really cute: You see they put nothing in writing, won't give their first last names and it is questionable as to whether they are using their real first name - is everything fictional.

the other possibily I am considering is filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy and have a trustee help me resolve the matter one way or the other. I have delayed that approach but it is fast reaching the point where I will proceed with a chapter 13.

My mistake was trusting a rinky dink company such as OCWEN. In my opinion they set me up, they set me up to get my property and the $112,000.00 i paid down on it. they don't care who they hurt or what they do - it's all about money and they have some "slick" attorneys telling them how to do it.

I urge everyone don't just complain, join forces in each State and find out what options are available to challenge them, their staff, and their questionable ethical conduct! they don't care who they hurt!

It is important that they be stopped and held accountable for their inappropriate behavior. Only consumers can stop it!

Wrong ABA number for Ocwen. Called to get a correct one after the bank tried to process. FYI Ocwen's new name is ABA -not really.

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 09, 2008

Saw an attorney today who instructed me to pay Ocwen through my bank. Instructed me to have them electronically transfer money to Ocwen's bank account. Called to get their account number and ABA number. Read back the information to the international person at least 3 times. Each time he said "correct," when i asked if the numbers were right. Went home. Bank called incorrect ABA number. the number given was for a bank in NY.

Called Ocwen. After being left on hold for 30 minutes a individual who could hardly speak the language came on the phone. when I asked for the ABA number she said, "we are not ABA" we are Ocwen. At that point I asked to speak to her supervisor. After about another 30 minutes he got on the phone and gave me what he alleged was the correct ABA number that I repeated to him at least twice. will put it to the test tomorrow.

Now bear in mind the money will be electronically transferred directly to their bank. He stated that in a couple days they would be notified at which time they would post my account. My comment was, better not charge me late fees. However, I will contact my Virginia Attorney and state his comment to me. Trying to find a good Atty in Orlando to talk too. Think what the manager is stating is wrong. 15 minutes to the most 30 minutes after receipt of money, that money is "suppose to be" posted to my account unless Ocwen owns the bank too. Pray tell, what kind of system does Ocwen have.

Went to the Real Estate Tax office today at my attorney's instructions to straighten out my taxes. When I called Ocwen one time I mentioned my real estate taxes to Steve "who has been with Ocwen longer than anyone" thus he would know." "Don't worry about taxes"states Steve, "Ocwen will pay them, afterall they own the note." Guess what folks, "Ocwen has not notified the country they own my note. Isn't that a gander, joke, a jolly, a ha ha. How will the Real Estate office notify them of arrearage of taxes, let alone send them the bill if they are not properly informed? As advised by my attorney I paid the taxes.

Someone in a rebut stated "class action." I am willing! where are you? Put your money where your mouth is!

To everyone write your congressman both US and State. If you have a Mortgage Oversight Office representing the State notify them too. that office is normally in the State Capital and the employees are State employees

Also, don't wire them money, don't give them your debit card/credit card number, don't give them anything that will help them line their pockets. I trust Ocwen as much as I would trust a rattle snake slithering across my front room floor at this point. Go to your bank. If you have a savings or a checking account they will transmit the money and will charge you to the most $15.00. By having the bank perform the task you will have proof of payment, date delivered and signed for. I don't think they can charge you late fees then unless you are late! You have proof of payment beyond a doubt.

Anything in their packed billing envelopes ignore. what we need to find out is how much money Ocwen is receiving per month for the adviertisement of all the fantastic offiers or is it a monthly commission they are getting? I assure you, in my opinion, they are not allowing the advertisement to enhance your standard of living or to help you in any way shape or form.

Don't help this company. Pay your bill, pay it promptly but don;t help line their pockets by following for their advertisments enclosed with your monthly statements.

In 8 days I have received 3 bills: 1) certified demanding $4000.00 plus; 2) One in mail demanding $10,000.00 plus and 3) certified demanding $5,000.00 plus. After telling me verbally by Steve who has been with Ocwen the longest that I did not need a forebearance I received a letter basically saying "if you sincerely want to resolve the problem fill out loan application, etc." Interestingly of the 4 opitons listed in the letter none of the so called loan specialist addressed any of them other then forbearance. I have given it to my attorney in VA.

With the help of my attorney in VA I will retain an attorney in Orlando, etc. I will tell you when I will be there. To all complaintants, "put your money where your mouth is. I will select a restaruant, and will contact you via Ripoff - let's meet and determine if a class action is a way to go. As I say to my children, "talk is cheap" don't have to pay to talk, but "action" now "action is another subject." It takes a lot of courage to take a stand and to see it through. Let's take action. If the attorney states a class action is good, let's go for it!

Hope If hear from you soon.

Can anyone advise me as to where I can go to see if they have started the forclosure procedure. I have contacted an attorney but he can't see me for 1-1/2 weeks. need informatin

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 05, 2008

I need someone to tell me where I can go, I assume to the courts, to see if they have started the forclosure procedure. Attorney cannot see me for 1-1/2 weeks. I have sent a copy of my complete file with a cover to letter to all of my U.S. Congresman.

If everyone would do the same, they might sit up and take notice. I live in the metropolitan area and I know the U.S. Government has been very interested in the mortgage fiasco because as the result of questionaable behavior on the part of mortgage companies, companies like OCWEN, Inspectors and realtors .

Take time to write your congressman. It will help. Don't be emotional. State the facts and send them copies of everything OCWEN has sent you listing names of individuals who have spoken to from OCWEN.

I hope someone will respond to my inquiry.

Also, what is the name of the law firm, the attorney who is handling the class action. I can call around with the case numbers and must likely will for I want to see what the allegations are, but please, if you have a name, give it to me and the city and state he/she resides in.

Thanks
