oddsmaker scammed out of money, Internet

I recieved a promotion in the mail from oddsmaker. The promotion was a 100% matching deposit.  So, i depsited $50. oddsmaker matched my $50. I quickly got my acount up to $165. I called about cashing out some of my money. I was then told I could not make a withdrawal until I made $2000 worth of bets!!! They claimed since I was under the "promotion" the aggrement is that I have to make 20 times the amount deposited and matched!

However, that was not mentioned on the flyer I recieved in the mail and I can not find it anywhere on the website. The promotional code is MA2012. I then asked to just be refunded my $50. They would not refund it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said none is available. I have called numerous times and been told no supervisor is available. I asked who the owners of the site are and have been told by everyone i talk to that they can not give out that information.

This is a huge scam. I am thankful I only deposited $50. If I had of deposited $500 for example, i would have to make $4000 in bets before I could make a withdrawal. Noone can reach those numbers before they bust. From what I have read by other peoples complaints if I do reach the 2000 bets and request a withdrawal they are going to delete my account and claim I am a "professional bettor". I want to file  a class action lawsuit against oddsmaker. Please help me get this started. They are robbing people like me of hard earned money andneed to be held accountable for their actions.
